License Access Issues

We purchased Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard (Open) licenses and user CALs in 2020. In 2020, access was still via the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center. In the meantime, the licenses could only be accessed via the Microsoft Admin Center.

A few weeks ago, our central IT department set up a Microsoft tenant that listens to the domain to which the license email address specified during purchase belongs.

Now we can no longer access our server licenses (due to a lack of authorization). According to central IT, our licenses are not in the tenant. How do we get our licenses back now?
