I have completed the Azure Fundamentals Learning Path and received 12 Badges, but the Trophy is missing. I have viewed Profile/Achievements with Safari and Chrome.

I encountered the same issue, I was fully expecting a Trophy after finishing the Azure fundamentals course

Same. Completed all 6 learning paths for Azure Fundamentals with trophies for completing each path, just no overall trophy for completing the entire course.
