windows hanging

Windows Server 2019 shows a blank screen & hang.

and task manager do not open.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum!

    Here you need to confirm the following questions:

    • Is the application hang or Operating System hang?
    • Does the local console hang or remote connection (RDP session) hang?
    • Does the CPU fan / Hard disk spinning?
    • What’s the frequency for such server hang issue? When did this hang first start occurring?
    • How to recovery? Auto recovery after a while or a cold reboot is needed?
    • Is it a virtual server or physical server? if virtual server, how is the host going?
    • What troubleshooting has been done?
    • Does the machine still hang if we disconnect from network?
