SPMT application is not working

We are unable to launch the SMPT application and getting Error like: " Sorry, the application has some issue to initialize". The error screenshot has been attached for reference.

    We have tried above steps, still the issue persists.

    1.The version of Windows Server you are using.
    Microsoft windows server 2012 R2

    2.The version of the SPMT application you are trying to use.

    Version 4.1.125

    3.Any recent changes made to your system before the issue started occurring.

    2. In the Event Viewer, navigate to Windows Logs > Application.
    3. Look for any errors or warnings related to the SPMT application.
    4. If you find any errors or warnings, note down the details and search for a solution online or contact the SPMT application support team for further assistance.

    I'm receiving the same error message from the same tool. The application event log contains no instances of "spmt."     Hi，

    If you've checked the event logs and found no errors or warnings related to the SPMT application, it's possible that the issue is not related to the application itself.

    You may need to investigate other potential causes, such as network connectivity issues or conflicts with other software running on your system.

    From the SPMT directory,I didn't find the obvious root cause of the problem.
