Hello,

After a power failure, I am experiencing issues with the cluster shared volume.

Cluster Shared Volume 'Volume2' ('CSV02') is no longer accessible from this cluster node because of error '(1460)'. Please troubleshoot this node's connectivity to the storage device and network connectivity.

Event ID: 5142

    Hi Admin,

    Hope you're doing well.

As far as I know, usually when this happens it's usually caused by the network, and you can find network related errors in the event log.

    Please check the network configuration.

Share your OS sku details & the type of storage you are using.

If its S2D run a full cluster validation, not advisable for a SAN (uncheck storage in that case).
