Hello once again, so yes, my devices were hacked into a year ago now and my privacy was violated really bad. All of my identity was stolen, my laptop was recognfigured so that it wouldn't get my wifi, Bluetooth was also messed up by the hacker as well and I also lost my brand new phone that was given to me for my birthday, my Moto g stylus. This hacker also stoled my internet service that I was paying for the service. I didn't have service for over a year. And I was paying for it. Not only that, these people, cause I know that it was more that one person hacking into my devices, they had no remorse about what they did, they messed me up mentally. They stole my identity and all my data including credit cards and family Data. It's a feeling like no other, I can't really explain it,but trust me , it blows. I reported it to Microsoft but they acted like they cared and that's it. I'm not giving up that easy, 2 devices are broken misconfigured and no one will replace them. And then, I'm  paying for a service that was also stolen from me, my wifi that was reconfigured so I couldn't use it. So, I'm not giving up until justice gets served. I don't know if you can help me with my earlier question??

    Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. As a Microsoft customer support agent, I can assist you with issues related to Windows Server - Networking - Network connectivity and file sharing. However, retrieving a stolen Microsoft account is not within the scope of my support.

I would recommend trying Recover your account (live.com)

Thank you, and I truly mean, thank you for finally replying to me. Wow, for the past year I have felt so isolated and violated with my hacked devices. Every time I tried to reach out to get help, it would come back as non dileverable because the hackers manipulated everything I did on my phone. Let me explain, but feel free to ask me anything you want to know if you don't understand. The hackers had and still have control of my network that I pay for every month. And that I cannot use because the stole and hijacked my WiFi network. Now, the hackers manipulated my laptop in which I cannot use anymore because it's wifi restricted by the hackers. They have control of everything, server, network connections, they even hacked into my tv devices. They have full control of my laptop which came with Microsoft windows program. All my files, data, up to date licenses, credit cards accounts, you name it they stole my identity in which I still don't have control of. Accounts were open under my stolen identity, and accounts. The hackers manipulated my browser, laptop data, my phone's. I can finally log into my Microsoft account "on" my phone or through my phone, but why cant I log into my account on my laptop? Because the hackers once again manipulated and restricted me from my files so that I can turn on network discovery. You don't know how vulnerable I feel, I need some kind of help. Please

    Hello,

If you believe that hackers have gained control of your network and hijacked your WiFi, you could reach out to your ISP and inform them. They may be able to assist you in securing your connection and providing guidance.
