License Activation Issue 0xC004C02 (The activation server reported that the Multiple Activation Key has exceeded its limit) MAK

One year ago we acquired a Windows Server Standard 2022 license, the activation was successful and it is registered in our Microsoft tenat (CENTRALEQUIPOS). When migrating the license to our new server, the activation system gave us 0xC004C02. We need to activate our server with our license, we have to prove ownership of it, but we need to know what documentation or evidence is required to have access again to activate the license.

    Each MAK has a predetermined number of allowed activations, based on your Volume Licensing agreement. It means you can only activate a MAK a limited number of times. If you have another MAK that has not exceeded its limit, you can use it to activate your device. If you don’t have another MAK, you can contact the Microsoft Activation Center to request an increase in your activation limit.     Thank you very much for your prompt response, I have tried several times to contact Microsoft Columbia Product Activation Center without success. Well, from the information they asked me about, I have the following:

    1.License agreement type (where to find this information on the licensing page)

    2.License agreement number and details (where to find this information on the My Licensing page)

    3.Product details: Windows Server 2022 standard.

    4.Company Name: NULL

    5.Email address: NULL

    6.Product key: NULL

    This license is registered on our licensing page. I await your reply.

    1.Your license agreement type: Volume Licensing agreement-MAK

    2.License agreement number and details: Please select Licenses > Relationship Summary > Licensing ID > Product Keys to view them in Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC).

    And then provide this all information to Microsoft Colombia Product Activation Center. If it still not be resolved, please let me know.

    To date, the server license activation problem persists; we still have no response from the Microsoft Product Activation Center.

    Please open a Command Prompt, and then run the following command:

    SLUI 4

    A Select Region window will pop up, letting you select your country or region. After selecting the region, a phone activation window will pop up, showing your installation ID and the phone number you need to call.
