    Hello,

Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. First check that the remote session has allowed the use of local devices in the remote session. Before connecting to the remote session, click Show Options. Go to the Local Resources tab. Under Local Devices and Resources, make sure the Printers option is checked.
    2. Make sure printer sharing is enabled on the local network. On the local iMac, go to System Preferences > Sharing. Check the box next to Printer Sharing. Select the printer you want to share.
    3. Install the latest printer driver on the remote Windows 10 PC. You can download the driver from the HP website.
    4. Check that the remote session service is running properly on both the iMac and the remote Windows 10 PC.

Note that network configurations, firewalls, and various security settings can interfere with printer sharing, so check those settings. If you encounter a specific error or problem in any of these steps, please provide more details so that I can provide more targeted help.

We value your feedback, click Yes or No to help us improve the support experience.

    Best regards,

    Jacen Wang
