The C: drive on the Hypervisor is 80GB in size and this sme.edb file has now grown to 56.1GB in size. This is a single Hypervisor - it is not clustered in any way.

    Hi KenC-MO,

I don't think sme.edb is a Hyper-V file. What is the full path of that? If the path is C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\ServerManagementExperience\sme.edb then it is a Windows Admin Center file.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue

Excellent! I appreciate the confirmation Ian!

Since WAC is the issue here, I was able to remove WAC from Core Server:

The 80GB C: drive on the Core Server was showing 4.7GB of free space prior to removing WAC. After removing WAC, the C: drive is now showing 66GB of free space.

I wish I knew why this happened. Now I'm a little hesitant to install WAC!

It seems Windows Admin Center is not currently supported in the Microsoft Support Community forum. You can send feedback related to Windows Admin Center over here
