    Hi Edward Sham1,

downgrading from Windows Server 2022 to Windows Server 2019 is not supported by Microsoft. However, you can perform a clean installation of Windows Server 2019 on your server.

Regarding the N2 kit, I'm not sure what you are referring to. Can you please provide more information about it?

    Regards,

    Lei

    Hi Lei,

In your answers to both Downgrade Server 2022 to 2019 - Microsoft Community and we required downgrade the version from 2022 to 2019 - Microsoft Community you state the following:

    2. Purchase the N-2 downgrade package for Windows Server 2022, which contains the installation media and product key for Windows Server 2019.

As those come up frequently in searches for downgrading 2022 to 2019 it would be helpful for you to provide additional details on the "N-2 downgrade package" that you have referred to.

    thank you.

To downgrade Windows Server 2022 to 2019, obtain the downgrade kit from your vendor or Microsoft, create a backup, install the downgrade kit, and activate Windows Server 2019. Consider compatibility, data migration, and licensing requirements. Consult Microsoft documentation or a qualified IT professional for more guidance.
