On adding linux host to domain as a computer object, DNS for this object is not registered, where as on adding windows host, it happens automatically.

On adding linux host to domain as a computer object, DNS for this object is not registered, where as on adding windows host, it happens automatically. please confirm if the linux host adding to domain requires manual registration of DNS in compare to windows host it happens automatically
