Email-Anhänge im Outlook öffnen nicht automatisch

Guten Morgen,
ich habe seit einigen Wochen Email-Adressen über „Outlook“ erstellt.
Leider lassen sich im Outlook Email-Anhänge in den Formaten „jpeg, pdf sowie alle von mir verwendeten Office-Dateien von Excel, PowerPoint und Word auf meinem PC nicht öffnen.
Auf meinem Handy (Samsung S20 Ultra) und meinem Laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro7).
Welche Einstellungen (auf meinem PC) in dem Outlook-Programm, oder in den Office-Programmen müssen verändert werden, damit ich auch dort alle Email-Anlagen gleich geöffnet werden können und ich nicht erst diese umständliche Verfahrensweise über das manuelle Speichern der Email-Anhänge anwenden muss?
Gruß Frank

    Hi,
    Thank you for your quick answer ... but unfortunately that was not the solution to my problem.
    Maybe I should describe the problem in a little more detail.
    When I receive emails with attachments to my email addresses, the "file extensions" are fundamentally changed:
    pdf = pf_ / jpg = jg_ / xls = xl_….
    I then have to manually save all attachments each time and rewrite the "file extensions".
    I only have to do the whole thing on my PC (Windows 10, Microsoft 365).
    All systems are displayed correctly on my laptop and mobile phone.
    Greetings Frank

    Hi,
    vielen Dank für deine schnelle Antwort …, aber leider war das nicht die Lösung für mein Problem.
    Vielleicht sollte ich das Problem ein wenig genauer beschreiben.
    Wenn ich Emails mit Anlagen an meine Email-Adressen erhalte sind die „Dateiendungen“ grundsätzlich verändert:
    pdf = pf_ / jpg=jg_ / xls=xl_ ….
    Ich muss dann jedes Mal alle Anlagen manuell speichern und die „Dateiendungen“ umschreiben.
    Das Ganze muss ich allerdings nur an meinem PC machen (Windows 10, Microsoft 365).
    Bei meinem Laptop und Mobile Phone werden alle Anlagen korrekt angezeigt.
    Gruß Frank

    Hi @Frank Klement ,

    Currently in Microsoft Q&A we only support English and I am trying to read your issue via machine translation. If I have any misunderstanding, please kindly forgive me and re-edit your question into English so that we can better understand and resolve your issue. Thanks for your understanding.

    Before going further, did you encounter the issue when once-clicking attachments to preview in the Outlook client? Or happen when double-clicking to open attachments in Outlook?
    Are there any error prompt when the issue occurs?

    As I know, there are several common factors that might cause similar Outlook attachment issues. So, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot your issue:

    1. If you cannot once-click to preview attachments in Outlook, it is suggested for you to firstly check whether you have properly unchecked the Attachment Preview option via File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings >Attachment Handling > Turn off Attachment Preview.

    2. When opening email attachments in Outlook, Outlook will cache temporary files to "Content.Outlook" folder. So, if there is something wrong with the temporary folder, issues like yours might happen as well. Please try to exit your Outlook, empty the "Content.Outlook" folder and restart your Outlook to see if the issue has any difference.
      Folder path:
      Win10: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Outlook
      Win7: C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook
    3. There could be some add-ins in your Outlook client that cause this issue, so it is suggested to start your Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type “outlook /safe”, press Enter.) and see if the issue continues.
    4. Antivirus software programs may also cause Outlook issues. Please try exiting the antivirus software and other programs to see if it works.

    Hope this can be helpful.
