RDP session reconnecting only for 3VM's.

Hi Everyone.

I have three VM's which reconnecting RDP sessions. i have checked the event viewer i can see event viewer id 25 and 40.In Event ID 40 there was two reason code 5 and 2147942464.

I have performed following troubleshooting steps mentioned here. but the issue is still same.

Do you have any experience or troubleshooting this reconnecting issue..?

3. When you see Event ID 40 with reason codes 5 and 2147942464, does this error occur consistently at specific times or under certain conditions, or is it intermittent?

2. Have you checked the network configuration to ensure that the VMs have the correct network settings and connectivity? Are there any specific network-related issues that you've noticed, such as network outages or configuration changes? No Network team confirmed that no issue with Network side
3. When you see Event ID 40 with reason codes 5 and 2147942464, does this error occur consistently at specific times or under certain conditions, or is it intermittent? This event logged is created when the RDP session is reconnecting.

• Further these specific three servers runs in 2022 OS.

Referring to the article making Sense of RDP Connection Event Logs event ID 40 error code 5, does your VM allow for concurrent sessions from multiple users?
