Dear Guys,

I need your help I am facing a problem in windows server 2022 standard and that problem is that when I install windows server 2022 standard and then go to disk management, I see the first partition (EFI system) and then primary partition and after that (recovery partition) because of which I can't increase the space in C drive. I have done a lot of searching on every forum I am getting that delete (recovery partition) which I don't want to do, if anyone has any solution, please let me know.

    Hello

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

To extend the primary partition (C drive), the first condition is that there is unallocated disk space. In your case, you need to delete the Recovery partition to achieve this.

Or reinstall Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition, and then create multiple new disk partitions in the drive selection interface, so that you can add or reduce primary partitions in disk management after entering the operating system.

    Best Regards,
