I have accidentally entered a generic key while having activated windows 11 pro education installed and activated windows from my school

So when I saw a reply post from someone else in the Microsoft support page giving generic key of windows 11 pro, I thought it would upgrade my windows 11 pro education to pro but it deactivated my windows 11 pro education and my license is windows 11 pro education, it's says to activate your windows, I want my windows 11 pro education back I forgot the key but when I searched in Google I got know how to find product key so I found the product key I don't know it's the licensed key my laptop had after manufacturing so can anyone help me with this problem and I'm not a techie I'm just a college student with no knowledge about these software stuffs so kindly guide me to activate my windows 11 pro education back and I got the laptop for free from the government by free government laptop scheme from the puducherry government in India, when I entered the key I found from the command prompt it's showing an error that "The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again or enter a different one. (0xc004f050), Thank you.
