How to Install Windows Server 2022 with installation ID without calling the toll-free automated number?

I want to activate Windows Server 22 but the server doesn't connect with the internet. I have the installation ID and I have my own laptop with internet connection to activate it. How to activate windows server 2022 by getting the confirmation ID without calling the automated number.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to activation.

Generally, the windows activation method can be Internet activation or phone activation. Internet activation require connection to Internet while phone activation does not require internet.

1. Select Start  > Settings  > Update & Security > Activation.
2. Under Activate Windows Nowsection, select Activate by Phone.
3. Select your location (or the location nearest to you) from the drop-down list, and then select Next.
4. Call one of the available phone numbers listed. An automated system will guide you through the activation process and get the confirmation ID.

If your machine does not have Internet connection, it is recommended to make a phone call to finish the activation.
