Hello AdrianPadureanu,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble activating your Windows Server CAL 2022. The RD Licensing Manager is a component of the Remote Desktop Services role, which needs to be installed on the server before you can activate the CAL. Here are the steps to install the Remote Desktop Services role:
- Open Server Manager and select "Add Roles and Features".
- Click Next until you reach the "Server Roles" page.
- Select "Remote Desktop Services" and click Next.
- Select "Remote Desktop Licensing" and click Next.
- Click Install to begin the installation.
Once the Remote Desktop Services role is installed, you should be able to find the RD Licensing Manager under "Remote Desktop Services" in Server Manager. From there, you can activate your CAL using the instructions in the tutorial you mentioned.
I hope the information above is helpful.
If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Haijian Shan
