Windows Server 2025 WSL 错误

docker desktop 启动报错：

deploying WSL2 distributions ensuring main distro is deployed: deploying "docker-desktop": importing WSL distro "系统找不到指定的路径。 \r\n错误代码: Wsl/Service/RegisterDistro/CreateVm/HCS/ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND\r\n" output="docker-desktop": exit code: 4294967295: running WSL command wsl.exe S:\Windows\System32\wsl.exe --import docker-desktop <HOME>\AppData\Local\Docker\wsl\main S:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\resources\wsl\wsl-bootstrap.tar --version 2: 系统找不到指定的路径。 错误代码: Wsl/Service/RegisterDistro/CreateVm/HCS/ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND : exit status 0xffffffff checking if isocache exists: CreateFile \wsl$\docker-desktop-data\isocache: The network name cannot be found.

然后我提取了一下命令行尝试手动运行

S:\Windows\System32\wsl.exe --import docker-desktop "%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Docker\wsl\main" "S:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\resources\wsl\wsl-bootstrap.tar" --version 2

仍然报错：
正在导入，这可能需要几分钟时间。

系统找不到指定的路径。
