    Hello,

Based on my understanding of your problem, I suggest you try the following methods:

    1. Click "Start" > type "services.msc" in the search field and press Enter.
    2. In the Services window, look for the following entries SSDP discovery.
    3. Double-click and set "Startup type" to "Disabled"
    4. Restart your computer

If it doesn't work, I suggest you use anti-virus software to scan and troubleshoot.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
