bit locker has locked my E drive automatically after resetting my pc

hii

a while back i was running windows 11 the dev edition but my pc was having a lot of bugs so i decided to reset my pc using the reset pc option on windows , i choose the clean installation and when it was all setup bit locker had locked all of the drives i tried turning it off and was successful in unlocking the C and the D drive however when i try unlocking the E drive it shows a message saying bitlocker encryption isnt compatible on this version of windows and i should upgrade to the latest version. however i am already on the latest version of windows 11 dev edition. i have 500 gb of data stored on that drive and i am unable to access it please help

    Hello,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

    Based on the description, I understand your question is related to Bitlocker.

    You can try use below command to disable bitlocker of that drive:

    Replace <recovery password> with your 48-digit recovery key, replace C with your current problem drive letter:

    manage-bde -unlock C: -recoverypassword <recovery password>

    After unlock, disable bitlocker use this command, replace C with your current drive letter:

    manage-bde -off C:
