Error : the printer Lexmark is unable to respond or is offline./ windows 10

I installed the Lexmark printer on the server however I cannot print : error appears :

The printer is installed with TCP/IP port with new IP address, it is in Ready state.

Driver is correct. The printer is correctly connected to the network via an Ethernet cable to the router (confirmed by my support), as the lights are on correctly.

The printer does not have a built-in screen, nor does it respond to print a page containing data about it, such as Address MAC, network data, etc.

There is no connection between the printer and the network via gateway and dns.

I already have an IP address assigned for it.

However, I can't find a way to connect her to the embeded server which is the server through which by pasting the ip address in the web browser. I could connect to her settings. That's where I could insert the gateway and dns.

The site with IP Address not respond. "Hmmm… can't reach this page" error appears.

The Lexmark software does not find the printer. It tries to connect it with the correct IP but there is no final connection.

Has anyone had a solution to a similar problem?

Should I install it via usb cable first. Will it do anything?

The final is to be connected only and exclusively via ethernet cable. It is to be available for two people.

I know that the printer works because earlier it was installed by mistake with the ip address of another printer. Now it has to work under the new IP and here is the problem.

Can I ask for help in solving this issue please?

What can I do to configure a Lexmark printer without a display screen with a network ip address? The printer is connected via ethernet cable.

What can I do to have its ip address reflected on the network in the web browser?

After using the printer application: the request to match the printer with the IP address is blocked and there is no connection between the network and the printer gets blocked and finally there is no connection between the network and the printer.

Where can I do this or specifically with which commands?

    Hello,

Based on the information you provided, I suggest you refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Make sure the firewall does not block the communication between the printer and the server. It is recommended that you try to turn off the firewall first.
    2. Open the search bar and type services, find the Print Spooler service and restart it.
