    Hi Anish,

I'm Amr, an Independent advisor, and a fellow Microsoft customer.
I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty activating your Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition.

Your activation code might not be compatible with the Windows Server 2022 Standard trial version for a number of reasons.
The fact that the code you got is incompatible with the download version of the software might be one of the causes. Another explanation can be that the installation procedure had an error that prevents the activation code from being detected.

You might try the following actions to fix this problem:

    1. Ensure that you have downloaded the correct version of Windows Server 2022 Standard that matches the product key you received. . You can download your Windows Server version from Microsoft's website:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/eval...

    1. Try activating Windows Server 2022 again by going to Start Menu > Settings > Update & Security > Activation and clicking on "Change product key." Enter the product key you received and follow the on-screen instructions.
      > If this does not work, try activating Windows Server by running the CMD as admin, and performing the following command:

Dism /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /AcceptEula /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX- XXXXX-XXXXX (Instead of the X, please enter the product key)

I hope this helps, please feel free to reply to this if you need any further Assistance.
