Hello ValiantBoy,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.
To remotely access your Windows 11 PC from a Windows 7 PC, you can use the Remote Desktop feature. Here are the steps to follow:
- On your Windows 11 PC, go to Settings > System > Remote Desktop and turn on the toggle switch for "Enable Remote Desktop."
- Note down the PC name or IP address of your Windows 11 PC. You can find this information under the "PC name" section on the same Remote Desktop settings page.
- On your Windows 7 PC, click on the Start menu and search for "Remote Desktop Connection."
- Open the Remote Desktop Connection app and enter the PC name or IP address of your Windows 11 PC in the "Computer" field.
- Click on "Connect" and enter your Windows 11 PC's username and password when prompted.
- You should now be able to access your Windows 11 PC remotely from your Windows 7 PC.
Note that both PCs need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network for this to work. Also, make sure that Remote Desktop is allowed through the Windows Firewall on your Windows 11 PC.
I hope the information above is helpful.
