  1. Verified Group Policy settings for Folder Redirection and Offline Files.
  2. Ensured the necessary services (like Workstation and Offline Files) are running.
  3. Checked Event Viewer logs for any errors or warnings related to the issue.
  4. Ran gpupdate /force and rebooted the server multiple times

these are steps i've followed can you suggest any additional steps or which services need to be enable

    Hello IT Support-HO,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

Because folder redirection is user configuration, please check if you can see the group policy result.

For checking User Configurations within gpresult, we can follow steps below.

Logon the machine using normal domain user account (that applies this gpo).

Create a folder named F1 in C drive.

Open CMD (do not run as Administrator).

Type gpresult /h C:\F1\gpo.html and click Enter.

Open gpo.html and check if there are these gpo settings under "User Details".

If not, please make the domain user account is in one OU and link the GPO with folder redirection to this OU.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
