BitLocker key inconsistency

I need my BitLocker key. i found my device name and select 'details' but the computer name on the details page does not match the one i initially selected. How can i tell if it is the correct one. The support page did not provide me with an option to speak to a support person.

    You can refer this link to find Bitlocker recovery key:

    If you still can't find the recovery key, the only solution is to reinstall the system.

    Important: Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.

    That was not my question. Let me repeat, please read carefully:

    I found my BitLocker key next to my device name and select 'details' but the computer name on the details page does not match the one I initially selected. How can I tell to what computer the key belongs to.
