update ring not working

Question

Hello,

we use an update ring to update all our end devices. We recognized that we still have very (over one year) old windows (win10 & win11) versions on our clients. I created a new test update ring with a couple of end devices and still there are old windows versions which are not up to date. What could be the reason, that the update ring keeps the clients not up to date?
