    Hello

    Greetings!

    Based on the description "I setup a gpo to deploy sccm and I need to remove this first entry as it appears it doesnt work as expected.", you can check if the installed software on client machine is ConfigMgr Client Setup Bootstrap or ConfigMgr Client Setup Bootstrap (2).

    If it is installed ConfigMgr Client Setup Bootstrap (2) on domain client machine, I think it uninstall ConfigMgr Client Setup Bootstrap after you remove this first entry in the screenshot above. But to be on the safe side, I recommend you go for the second option “Allow users to continue to use the software but prevent new installations” below.
