Hi.

We have a Workflow that sums up all the groups the user is the owner of, and sends to the manager, on the users termination date.

I am using the MIMWAL to concatenate a string with all the groupnames delimetted by a '<BR>'

I am then sending the string as a Workflowdata to an e-mail template.

Before upgrading to SP2, that worked fine, getting a list of the groupnames in the e-mail.
But after upgrading to SP2, I am now getting the string as raw text, including the '<BR>'.

Anyone has an idea on how to create a list and sending it to an e-mail template?

Hi Søren

try to use a different delimiter, instead of using '<BR>' as the delimiter, use a different character sequence that is less likely to interfere with the email template rendering. For example, you can use a comma (,), semicolon (;), or any other character that suits your needs and is less likely to be affected by the upgrade.
