Create new folder on registry with Group Policy

How i can set GPO to create folder registry on some path, what value type i use to apply?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community forum.

    Based on the description, I understand you want to create folder registry via GPO.

    In my lab, I have done a test, here is an example for your references. I create user registry configuration in my example.

    1.Create an OU in AD users and computers.
    2.Put AD user account (such as t4) in the OU above.
    3.Create the registry folder via registry on Domain Controller.

    4.Create a GPO and link to OU above.
    5.Edit the GPO as below.

    6.Sign out and sign in domain user account t4 on one client machine. You will see the registry folder on client machine.
