Windows Remote Access via iPad (iOS)

Hi,

I'm trying to remote access my pc via Microsoft App on iPad.

The application requested credentials, in which I tried my Microsoft account and other sorts of credentials, which all didn't work.

How can I find the credentials to access my pc remotely?

p.s. Initially, I tried steps on one of the questionnaires, which I couldn't find the credential information on control panel.

    Hello,

    If you have set up Windows Hello PIN as a multi-factor authentication method for your Microsoft account, please try disabling this feature and then log in using your full account password. Please check if this work for you.
