We are trying to use AutoPilot, but none of my systems, that I have checked, give me the option to use Cloud Download to reset the OS. Any idea where I can get assistance on this? I can't find any forums that address how to get the Cloud download to show up? When I navigate to Settings>Updaste and Security>Recovery>Reset this PC>Get started, there is no Cloud Download option. We are on Windows 10 22H2, build 19045.4170 any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

If you could make sure your computer is turned off, and then turn it on, and then repeat this process two to three times, you should be at a sign that says, "Windows couldn't start up properly". Push "See Advanced Options", then "Troubleshoot", then "Reset this PC". Choose either to keep your files or keep nothing, then you should have the option to do a cloud reset.

Let me know how this goes.

Thank you, but I did try that, it is not there either. keep in mind it is not just one computer it's many that I don't have this option. All of them the OS was initially installed using SCCM.
