Hi joseph_578,
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forums.
Confirm MS Authenticator configuration:
First, make sure you have properly configured MS Authenticator and tied it to your Facebook account.
Open the MS Authenticator app and check to see if you have your Facebook account and make sure that dual authentication is enabled.
Check the account status:
Log in to your Facebook account's admin interface (if possible) and check if the dual authentication setting is still active.
If your account is disabled or is a security risk, Facebook may temporarily disable dual authentication.
Re-add the account to MS Authenticator:
If your Facebook account is no longer in MS Authenticator, you may need to re-add it.
Find the Dual Authentication option in Facebook's account settings, select Add New Authentication Method, and choose Microsoft Authenticator as an alternate authentication method.
Follow the prompts to confirm and select your work or school account type (if applicable) on your phone, then scan the QR code to complete the addition process.
Check device compatibility:
Make sure both your mobile and desktop devices support the MS Authenticator app.
If your device version is too old or does not support certain features, it may not work properly with Dual Authentication.
Contact Facebook Support:
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, we recommend contacting Facebook's customer support team.
Provide your account information and the problem you're experiencing and seek their help to restore access.
Best regards
Neuvi
