The error when starting the PXE server due to the multicast option

Dear, I had a valid WDS server where the PXE boot was working fine. But one day it stopped working, and I couldn't restart it. When I go to the server's tasks to start it, it shows me the message: "The service did not respond fast enough to the start or control request," whether or not there is a boot image specified. When I check the Event Viewer, there are two error messages: "An error occurred when attempting to start the Windows Deployment Services server. Error information: 0x5 Event: 257" and "An error occurred when attempting to initialize the multicast manager. The Windows Deployment Services server will be stopped. Error information: 0x5 Event: 1536." The server only starts if I check the "Use the following IP address range" option in the Multicast settings of the WDS server, but I want to use the "Obtain address via DHCP" option. I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the WDS service, created a new VM, and the issue persists. Note that the WDS and DHCP servers are on separate machines.
