can we upgrade from server 2022 standard to datacenter version without installation or format?

We are planning to upgrade server version 2022 standard to datacenter version without format or installation only using the activation key. it is possible ?

    yes, you can use the "DISM" command-line tool to upgrade.

    we can upgrade without activation key or after the using script we can use the activation key then it is upgrade.

    We can also reuse old standard version activation key to another server those key we already used.
