Purchasing of RDS licenses

I would just like some clarity on the purchase of RDS license. Last year, with my new Windows Server 2022. I purchased 1 RDS Cal User license. However, I need to have 5 more. I noticed that the cost is 1095. However, I try to confirm this with a representative just now and they indicate to me that after a few days I have to pay again?

My question is -

  • Do you know if the purchases for 5 license is a one off payment
  • Do you know if I'll have to pay monthly for these license?
