my home network of 2 Win10 desktops, 2 NAS devices, 1 Win11 WIFI PC.

Network displaying:

Desktop 1 : NAS 1, Desktop 1

Desktop 2 : NAS 1, NAS 2, Desktop 2, Desktop 1

Both NAS : are excisable as Network drives using their IP addresses

Laptop 1 : Desktop 1, NAS 1

Since all of the Internet searches seem to reference HomeGroup. they are of little use to me.

Please help me get the 3 computers seeing the complete network with file sharing.

Thank you.

    Hello,

Based on the information you provided, it is recommended that you try the following steps to see if the problem can be solved:

    1. Press the shortcut key win+R, enter "services.msc" to enter the service management interface, and check whether the workstation service is started. If not, set it to start automatically.
    2. Turn on network discovery and file and printer sharing, and then turn off password-protected sharing.

Select the "Start" button, and then select "Settings".

In the "Find Settings" search bar, type "Manage advanced sharing settings", and then select "Manage advanced sharing settings" from the recommended results.

In the "Advanced Sharing Settings" window that appears, under "Private", select "Turn on network discovery", and then turn on "File and Printer Sharing".

Under "All Networks", select "Turn off password-protected sharing".

    1. Enable automatic startup of the sharing service. This problem usually occurs when one of the services is not working properly.

Press the Windows logo key + R.

In the "Run" dialog box, type "services.msc", and then select "OK".

Right-click each of the following services, select "Properties", and if the service is not running, select the "Start" menu, and then select "Automatic" next to "Startup Type":

    Function Discovery Provider Host

    Function Discovery Resource Publishing

    SSDP Discovery

    UPnP Device Host

    1. Use the shortcut keys win+R to enter "gpedit.msc" to enter the Group Policy interface, and then find the sharing and security model of the local account on the right side of Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options, and change it to Classic Mode. After modification, restart the computer and then access the shared folder.

If the above method still does not solve the problem, is there any related error when mapping the shared file? If so, please reply here.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
