Windows 11 and ongoing networking issues.

After numerous problems and months of issues with poor networking between 2 identical Windows 11 machines, I've finally lost patience of the network ever being stable/working properly. So can anyone tell me what sort of USB data transfer cable I would need to be able to network the 2 PCs together please? But not using any Microsoft 'fixes' or ethernet/networking cables. Many thanks in advance.

    Hello,

You can refer to the following steps to use the USB network sharing function on the Windows operating system:

    1. First, make sure that your computer and the device that needs to share the network connection are connected via USB.
    2. In the Windows operating system, open the Control Panel and find the "Network and Internet" option. Then, click "Network and Sharing Center".
    3. In the "Network and Sharing Center" window, click "Change adapter settings". This will open the "Network Connections" window and display all available network adapters.
    4. Find the network connection you are using (such as Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection), right-click it and select "Properties". In the properties dialog box, click the "Sharing" tab.
    5. In the Sharing tab, check the "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection" checkbox. Then, in the "Home network connection" drop-down menu, select the USB network adapter connection you just established.
    6. Click "OK" to save the settings. You will be prompted to restart the network adapter to apply the changes. Click "Yes" to restart the adapter.
    7. Finally, you should be able to connect your device to the computer via USB and share the computer's network connection normally.

    Best regards
