I am not able to activate windows 11 on my office laptop. This is a new laptop without windows OS provided by my employer. I installed windows 10 Enterprise and then upgraded to Windows 11 Enterprise. License is already purchased and I can see it is subscribed. But still the license is not activated. Please help. Screenshot attached for reference.

Please what is your current error, I don't see the screenshot of this.

Here are some common error codes and their solutions, so you can take a look at them first.

• 0x803FA067: This may indicate that the product key being used is meant for upgrading from Windows 10 Home to Pro. Verify that the key is for Windows 11 Enterprise.
• 0x8007007B: This indicates that the activation server cannot be reached. Make sure you’re connected to the internet or try activating via phone.
• 0xC004F050: This usually means an invalid product key. Double-check your key and try entering it again.

Many thanks for your response. 0x803FA067 is the error I get. However, I see the license processed is for Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 Upgrade. Are these 2 different? I am thinking if I need to ask for providing me another license for Windows 11 Enterprise. The story is that I initially installed windows 10 Enterprise and then upgraded to windows11 enterprise.

Hello,

Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC will require a Windows 11 LTSC product key.

LTSC editions require a new product key for each LTSC release.
