Please fix the new Print Queue in Windows 11

This is more feedback than a question. On Windows 11 the Printer Status shows I have multiple documents in queue in the preview window, but when I click "Open Print Queue", nothing appears - it just says "No Print Jobs". Additionally, the dropdown in the Print Queue is too narrow to view the full printer names, and since many start with the same path, I can't see the last digits that I need to differentiate them. As I print remotely to different offices, I need to be able to see these. This is going to be an issue across my international corporation.

    Hello,

Regarding the issue of Print Queue mismatch, you may restart "Print Spooler" service. This can help clear any stuck print jobs and refresh the queue.

Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our development team to address these issues in future updates.

You can also submit feedback directly through the Windows Feedback Hub:

    • Open the Feedback Hub app.
    • Click on + Add feedback.
    • Select Printing as the category and provide details about the issues you're facing.

Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app - Microsoft Support

    Best regards,

    Karlie Weng
