Blocked from UHRS work

Hello sir/madam iam new in UHRS platform. Today I just tried to work a task and completed the training successfully.after that I logout then next time I can't sign in. when I go to sign in it's showing " you are blocked from working inUHRS" i have checked all, with my UHRS provider "toloka". No restrictions or blocking was detected from their side, please do something to login in UHRS.

    Hello,

    The UHRS team does not provide direct support here in the Microsoft community. You may be able to find some help at "Your access to UHRS is temporarily disabled" - What does that mean? (clickworker.com) and www.reddit.com.

    terrible support, this is the worst I've seen.

    You suggest going to read the REASONS for blocking, but this does not solve the problem.
