Thank you for your feedback.
We are very sorry that the above suggestions did not solve your problem. For the problem you encountered, we can try the following further troubleshooting steps:
- Please confirm whether the Check Point VPN client you are using explicitly supports Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100). If it is not yet supported, you may need to wait for Check Point to release a compatible version. It is recommended to continue to pay attention to Check Point official updates.
- Try to run the VPN client in compatibility mode: right-click the client shortcut, select "Properties > Compatibility", set the compatibility mode to Windows 10 or other older versions, and then try to connect again.
- In some network environments, the MTU (maximum transmission unit) setting may affect the stability of the VPN. Try adjusting the MTU value of the network adapter, such as setting it to 1400 or less, and then test the connection.
- Turn on the logging function of the Check Point VPN client to record detailed error information. This can help further analyze the root cause of the problem.
- If the above methods still do not work, please contact Check Point's official technical support team for help.
If there is any other information to be added, please feel free to let us know.
