Windoes server activation

We have Windows Server 2022 Standard Evaluation and purchased activation key recently but unable to activate.

Could you please help me out how to make it possible.

i am getting below error.

The product key you entered did not work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one.(0xc004f050)

If you have a valid and unused product key, you should be able to enter the following:

Dism /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx /AcceptEula

-- or --

slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
