bitlocker recovery key

Добрый день , мой компьютер запросил ключ битлокер , я зашёл в свою учётную запись с помощью мобильного устройства по ссылке восстановления ключа , но в моей учётной записи нет ключей , при переустановки операционной системы все равно запрашивает ключ восстановления битлокер

Good afternoon, my computer requested a bitlocker key, I logged into my account using a mobile device using the key recovery link, but there are no keys in my account, when I reinstall the operating system, it still asks for a bitlocker recovery key

    If you still can't find the correct recovery key, the only solution is to reinstall the system.

    **Important:**Microsoft Support is unable to provide, or recreate, a lost BitLocker recovery key.
