the user profile service service failed the sign-in user profile cannot be loaded

Happen on individual laptops or desktops. Around 10 device have this problem

Just happen past few weeks

I am thinking windows server 2016 which is use for active directory server has some issues

Once restart it solved the problem but will happen again randomly

Seek for advice

    1.Are the user profiles you mentioned local user profiles or roaming profiles?
    2.What changes have you made before the problem occurs?
    3.Did the users sign in machines locally or remotely?

    4.Could you please confirm, when the problem occurs, if the problem user changes one working machine to sign in, then check if the issue persists?

    5.Could you please confirm, when the problem occurs, if the working user changes one problem machine to sign in, then check if the issue persists?

    Local User Profile:

    Nothing. I happen all of the sudden. More and more machines are affected.

    3.Did the users sign in machines locally or remotely?

    Locally.

    4.Could you please confirm, when the problem occurs, if the problem user changes one working machine to sign in, then check if the issue persists?
    Only one working machine. Each staff only have one machine to login

    Thank you for your reply.

    Please check the status of User profile services:

    Press Windows + Rto open Runcommand, type Services.mscand press Enter.

    Search for User Profile Service, right click on it and startthe service.

    Also, set the Startup typeto Automatic.

    Now check if you are able to log-in.

    And try the possible solutions in the similar threads.

    The user can login once they restart their computers.

    The problem is the issue keeps on happening again. 

    Recently more and more users have this problem as well.
