How can I restore my homescreen?

All of the folders with apps disappeared. I checked and the last update was 4 days ago. I restarted my phone (android galaxy note 20 ultra) but it did not help. All of the apps are still installed on my phone. The app drawer is still visible and working properly. I tried switching to the default launcher and back to the Microsoft launcher.

    Hello,

Did this issue occur when you were using Microsoft Launcher, or do you simply want to revert to Microsoft Launcher?

If the issue lies with Microsoft Launcher, there are three ways to be in touch if you run into a problem or would like to give us feedback:

    1. File a bug through the Feedbackshortcut on your home screen.
    2. Send us your feedback via User Voice, or email us at microsoftlauncherfb@microsoft.com with your phone model and what version of Android you’re running.
    3. There’s also a 'Troubleshoot' option in Launcher Settings > Help and feedback > Troubleshoot.

If this issue is not with get back to Microsoft Launcher, it may be beneficial to contact Samsung support or an Android expert, as this is a Microsoft community.

To revert to Microsoft Launcher, you may refer to the official support page or the app's settings on your device.  Using Microsoft Launcher on Android - Microsoft Support

Find the "Microsoft Launcher" app in your App Drawer and open it. If the system asks whether you want to set Microsoft Launcher as your default launcher, choose "Always" and you’ll be set.

If you aren‘t prompted to set Microsoft Launcher as your default launcher, go back to the home screen > Swipe up from the dock. > Tap on the device "Settings" icon in the upper right corner > Select Apps > Default apps > Home screen > choose “Microsoft Launcher”

    Kind regards,

    Karlie
