  1. The server build for our Windows Server 2019 Standard Edition is 17763.4974; however, upon reviewing the update history, we discovered that KB5032196 was installed, despite the server build version remaining unchanged.
  2. Now we can't install after the release JAN ,FEB month security patches in our server its shows THE FOLLOWING UPDATES WERE NOT INSTALLED.

We did sfc/scan and dsim command part of the troubleshooting,Please help to resolve this issue.

    regarding the first issue, it is possible that KB5032196 was installed successfully but did not change the server build version. This can happen if the update only contains minor changes or fixes.

    For the second issue, it is recommended to check if there are any pending updates or if the Windows Update service is running properly. You can try restarting the Windows Update service and then attempt to install the updates again.
