    Hello,

You can manually allow programs to access the Internet by opening the firewall port. You can refer to the following steps to open the port in Windows Firewall:

    1. Navigate toControl Panel, System and Securityand Windows Firewall.
    2. Select Advanced settingsand highlight Inbound Rules in the left pane.
    3. Right clickInbound Rulesand select New Rule.
    4. Add theportyou need to open and clickNext.
    5. Add the protocol (TCP or UDP) and theport number into the next window and clickNext.
    6. Select Allow the connection in the next window and hitNext.
    7. Select the network type as you see fit and click Next.
    8. Name the rule something meaningfuland clickFinish.

If opening the port still does not solve the problem, it is recommended to close the firewall and all third-party antivirus software.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
