First confirm your equipment environment so that we can accurately analyze the cause of the problem:
- Whether the remote desktop environment is changed? On the domain network? Change local client from Windows device to Mac device?
- What is the error code indicating the remote desktop connection failure?
- What version of the remote desktop client you are using?
If your local client device changes, first confirm that the client account has been added to the remote Desktop user group of the remote session host.
