    Hello  Patidar Shubham

Are the Mac address and computer name belonging to same PC?

Is the printer or the computer experiencing intermittent or unstable network connectivity? This can result in print jobs failing to reach their destination.

Ensure that both the printer and the computer have correct IP address configurations, including subnet masks and gateway settings. Misconfigured IP settings can lead to communication problems.

If computer names are not resolving properly to IP addresses, it can lead to print job failures. Check the DNS settings and the DNS server's health.

    Best regards,

    Karlie Weng

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick response.

Yes, Mac Address and Computer name from same PC. I have reconfigured the printer but still it is showing the same. Here strange is like sometimes it is sending with correct computer name printing properly but sometimes it is with Mac address and got failed.

    Thanks

    Shubham

    Hi Shubham

Does restarting print spooler service allow printing jobs to resume?

Are there any patterns or conditions when print jobs are sent with the correct computer name and when they are sent with the MAC address? Like any trigger or time of day.

If no hints available, it is recommended to use network monitoring tools to track the network traffic when a print job is sent. This can help identify any unusual network behavior.

    Thanks

    Karlie
