Hello,
Based on our understanding of the issue, we recommend that you follow the steps outlined below:
1.Check whether the two devices are connected to the same LAN and can ping each other. Make sure there is no firewall or security software blocking file sharing or SMB protocol.
2.Turn on file and printer sharing on your laptop. Go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change advanced sharing settings, make sure network discovery, file and printer sharing are enabled, and password-protected sharing is turned off (adjust as appropriate).
3.Make sure you are using an account with sufficient permissions to log in and access shared resources. On your laptop, right-click the folder you want to share, select Properties -> Sharing -> Add specific users or groups and grant appropriate permissions.
4.Make sure that the two computers are in the same workgroup or domain, which can be viewed and modified in the System Properties -> Computer Name tab.
Regards,
